Extremely Drunk Lititz Man Flees Multiple Crashes, Police Say

A man from Lititz was driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level above the highest rate when he hit multiple cars in separate crashes fleeing every time, authorities explain in a release on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023.

Brian Keith Fisher was discovered to be drunk when officers with the Northern Lancaster County Region police department pulled him over in the 300 block of Rudy Dam Drive in Warwick Township on Jan. 15, 2023. 

The 52-year-old "was involved in a crash at multiple locations in Warwick Township and continued to drive away from each crash scene," the police state in the release. 

Fisher failed field sobriety tests and was taken into police custody, where he was transported to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department headquarters for further DUI testing and processing.

He was charged with three misdemeanors for the following:

  • DUI: General Incapable of Driving Safely - 1st Offense.
  • DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st Offense.
  • Accident Involving Damage Attended Vehicle/Property.

His preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled at the time of publishing.
